Presenter: Brad Jackson – SAS Institute: As a member of SAS Institute’s technical group, Brad Jackson has served in both direct customer facing roles such as System Engineer, Enterprise Computing Specialist and in corporate roles as an Alliance Technology Manager working with SAS Alliance Partners including IBM, SUN, and Accenture. He has presented at several SAS User Groups International (SUGI) conferences on topics including business intelligence, data warehousing and analytics. He has been a panel member for conferences in such topics as impact of information technology on business unit goals, Kimball and Inmon architectures for data warehousing and SAS’ Information Evolution Model. He has provided technical review of both published books (such as Douglas Hackney’s Understanding and Implementing Successful Data Marts) and book proposals for Addison Wellsey Publishing.
Prior to working for SAS Institute, Brad Jackson worked for the Atchison Topeka Santa Fe Railroad as an Operation Research Analyst and Burlington Northern Railway as SAS Technical Specialist. Mr. Jackson has a BSBA degree from University of Redlands and has also studied physics at University of Calif. – Riverside. Mr. Jackson has also been a performing member in improvisational comedy troupes in Kansas City.
